Our cancellation policy for the room is as follows:

• No cancellations for any reason unless DVC Shop Alternate coverage is purchased (which is listed above).
• For a fee of $200 we can change the room or reservation details if you have another person who will be using your reservation. Please see below for more details.

Name & Detail Changes

• Renter can request a name and detail change for a fee of $200 if done more than 15 days before check-in.
• If done less than 15 days in advance, we will make every attempt to make the change for a $200 fee, based on member’s availability.
• Alternatively, if purchasing travel coverage, renter can have 1 free name change if done more than 15 days prior to check-in. At that point, the new guest would have the option of paying for their own coverage plan. The original plan is nontransferable.

Car Service

We recommend a town car/van service instead of Magical Express. The service is faster and will have you at your resort in approximately one hour from pickup (including an optional half-hour grocery stop at no additional charge). The return trip to the airport departs about one hour later than Magical Express for the same arrival time.
