Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for the room is as follows:
- No cancellations for any reason unless coverage is purchased. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances.
Name & Detail Changes
- Renter can request a Primary Guest name and detail change for a fee of $300 if done more than 15 days before check-in.
- A one time, complimentary change to Additional Guests is permitted. Any additional changes will incur a fee of $50 per change.
- Any change requests less than 15 days before check-in are not guaranteed.
