COVID-19: Message to our DVC Shop Customers

DVCShop.com is committed to taking care of our customers in this trying time. The Disney resorts and parks are closed for an undetermined period of time. In light of Disney World and Disneyland closing, we want to let our clients know that anyone traveling between today and June 30 who took our alternative travel coverage will receive a refund of their rental fees if you choose to cancel. Anyone who did not take our alternative travel protection, we will work with the member to find alternative options. You will have a FULL credit of what you paid towards a future booking to be used by November 30, 2020. This is YOUR Vacation. We want to have a great time.

For people traveling after June 30, we ask that you wait until May 31 to contact us, as we want to concentrate our time and efforts on taking care of clients traveling prior to June 30. We are all working 15 hour + days to make sure that our clients have the best possible experience. We are committed to you!

Our team will continue to think of creative promotions and contests to keep everyone in great spirits. Please take care of yourselves and your families. We are here for you. Please make sure to continue to post and “Share the Magic”
