    Dining Plan

    Transportation

  • We recommend a town car/van service instead of Magical Express. The service is faster and will have you at your resort in approximately one hour from pickup (including an optional half-hour grocery stop at no additional charge). The return trip to the airport departs about one hour later than Magical Express for the same arrival time.

  • Our cancellation policy for this booking is as follows:

    All sales are final. No refunds, credits, modifications, or exchanges will be offered by DVC Shop for any reason, including but not limited to extenuating circumstances such as, severe weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness, etc. DVC Shop strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance through a third party to protect your vacation.

    Name & Detail Changes
    • Renter can request a Primary Guest name and detail change for a fee of $300 if done more than 15 days before check-in.
    • A one time, complimentary change to Additional Guests is permitted. Any additional changes will incur a fee of $50 per change.
    • Any change requests less than 15 days before check-in are not guaranteed.

    Notice of Refurbishments, Closures, Restrictions
    Traffic Restrictions or Closures during runDisney Events:
    Guests should allow for additional travel time during runDisney marathon events, due to some road closures that may be in effect.

    Exterior Refurbishment at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge:
    From April-December 2024, Boulder Ridge Villas will undergo exterior refurbishment work. You may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours.

    Ongoing Refurbishment and Construction at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa:
    Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is undergoing major refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction around the resort – including the lobby – during daytime hours. Most resort amenities will remain available, and guests are advised to allow additional time for travel. No estimated completion date has been released by Disney at this time.

    Ongoing Construction and Refurbishment at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:
    As Disney continues to prepare for the proposed expansion of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, guests will be able to see and hear construction at certain times of day. To minimize disruptions, activities that may create noise will not start earlier than 9:00 AM.

    During 2024, exterior painting work will take place throughout Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort & Bungalows, with Guest room balconies being affected. Guests may see and hear painting work during daytime hours. Refurbishment work is subject to change due to operational needs or weather conditions.

    Refurbishment for the Cabins at Copper Creek Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge:
    The Cascade Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will be refurbished beginning April 2024. The cabins will be refurbished four at a time, and Disney Vacation Club guests will not be placed in cabins that are actively being refurbished. You may see and hear refurbishment work during daytime hours.

    Recreation Activities impacted by Ongoing Construction at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground:
    Due to ongoing construction work on the DVC Cabins at Fort Wilderness, horseback riding will be temporarily unavailable Monday through Friday beginning July 13, 2024. Rides may occur on Saturday and/or Sunday, and if available can be reserved on the My Disney Experience app beginning Friday of each week.

    Planned Refurbishment at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort:
    From September 2024 through September 2025, room refurbishment work will take place in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Guests will see and hear construction work throughout Bay Lake Tower during the refurbishment. The Skyway Bridge between Bay Lake Tower and Contemporary Resort may be intermittently closed during the refurb, so please allow additional time for travel.

    Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool Closure in 2025 at Disney’s Beach Club Villas:
    From January 2025 through June 2025, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney’s Beach Club Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. The Tidal and Dunes Cove leisure pools will remain open and available during this time.

    Transient Accommodations Tax at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa:
    For all stays at Aulani, the State of Hawaii and the Island of Oahu imposes a daily transient accommodations tax that is charged at check-out.
