I just want to do a huge shout out to Lois from DVC Shop Rentals. We were trying to get beach club studio for 7 nights during October food and wine festival. Was told by most rental companies that it was just not available not for beach club but, for any studio. We did find one rental with a 6 day beach club stay but it was $600 more and one less day stay. Lois called me back within a hour of my request submission and said she could get it! We were delighted. She made the process fun. If you ever need to rent points I highly recommend this company!
Lois was amazing! We had 2 groups trying to book 2 different rooms at BWV during food and wine. Lois stayed on the phone with us until late into the night to get our rooms situated. Will always rent from dvc shop from now on!
